1. HIGH SPEED HANDLING

By switching the discharging method of the upmost layer and the bottle layer, moving distances of the lifting frame and the lifter are minimized, which result in high speed handling

2. STABLE OPERATION WITHOUT BOTTLE FALLING OVER

The container's layer is discharged to the conveyor while being held on four sides by the guides and sweeper. This prevents even unstable lightweight containers from falling over

3. SHEET CLAMPING DEVICE

The sheet clamping device clamps the tailing end of the slip sheet when discharging containers. It eliminates problem due to sheet slipping out of position


When the full pallet's upmost layer is positioned the slip sheet on the layer is removed and the sheet below the layer is clamped. Then the containers are transferred to the plate inside lifting frame while they are held by the sweeper.
